Refund policy
1. RETURNS
The return policy of the seller, whose products are marketed on our website (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund, and you will no longer be entitled to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item in your order must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., a copy of the receipt) for the item you wish to return.

If your return request is approved by the Seller, the shipping fee will be at the customer charge, we do not offer free returns. The return address may vary depending on your location and can be outside your country.
Restocking fee is out of charge for customer.
Items returned without prior return approval within the specified period will not be accepted.

2. DAMAGED ITEMS AND ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
You must check your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if the delivered item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
This will allow us to assess the problem and make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
By exception to point 1 above, certain types of items cannot be returned.
The following items are non-returnable and therefore not eligible for refunds:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants);
• Personalized products (e.g., custom or special orders);
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products);
• Hazardous materials, liquids, gases, or flammable products.
If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Additionally, sale items (if applicable) and gift cards cannot be returned.
4. EXCHANGES
The Seller does not offer an exchange service for items ordered through our website.
If you wish to obtain a different item than the one originally ordered, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unsuitable item.
5. REFUNDS
We will notify you as soon as the Seller has received and inspected the returned item.
We will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied by the Seller.
If the Seller approves your refund, the amount paid for the returned item(s) will automatically be credited back to the same account linked to your original payment method.
Please note that the processing of refunds by banks and payment providers is subject to their own timeframes, which we have no control over.
